Depois do nomal, foi a vez de experimentar com chouriço, nem vos conto tal como saiu do forno, tal como desapareceu do prato. Neste apenas utilizei o programa amassar, findo o tempo retira-se da cuba sobre uma zona enfarinhada, coloca-se a linguiça picada e molda-se o pão. Pré-aqueça o forno a 260º. Coloca-se o pão no forno e quando começar a ficar dourado, desce-se a temperatura para 210º e retira-se quando se achar conveniente. Quanto a temperatura do forno ainda nos estamos a entender, mas pela explicação da Luisa põem-se o pão no forno depois de o forno ter atingido a temperatura mais elevada. Quando estiver a começar a ficar dourado, desce-se a temperatura para 210º e retira-se quando se achar conveniente. Junte as cascas dos citrinos através do bocal e rale uns segundos na vel.5. Adicione o leite e a manteiga e programe 30 seg, Temp. 37º, vel. 6 e a seguir 30seg. vel.9. sem temperatura. reduza para velocidade e junte as gemas, o fermento e o sumo de laranja, misturando durante uns segundos. Deite a farinha a pouco e pouco atraves do bucal e só no fim a pitada de sal. Aumente para a vel. 9 durante 30seg.Programe 3min vel. Espiga e verifique se o conteúdo forma uma bola que não fique agarrada às paredes do copo. Se for o caso, pare a bimby, polvilhe as paredes do copo com um pouco de farinha e volte a amassar na mesma velocidade. deixe repousar a massa dentro do copo ate esta levantar o copinho.Logo que isso aconteça, pressione a massa com as mãos de forma a que o volume baixe e volte a programar 15 seg, vel. 9 e 1min. vel. espiga.Retire a massa do copo e coloque sobre a bancada. nesta altura coe os frutos secos junte a massa. terá que ter um recipiente com farinha para ir juntanto aos poucos e poucos a massa enquanto amassa, de forma a que os frutos secos se espalhem pela massa e a massa não fique tão pegajosa. Findo isso dê-lhe a forma de uma rosca e coloque-a num tabuleiro previamente untada. Pincele a massa com gema de ovo e decore a seu gosto. Aguarde que a massa dobre de volume e a seguir coloque no forno pré-aquecido a 180º durante 20 min.&lt;br /&gt;Dá trabalho mas garanto-vos que nunca mais irão querer comprar bolo rei nas pastelarias. Iniciei-me com estes biscoitos cujo nome mantive o orginal do livro, só vos tenha a dizer.. Fantásticos. Como é a segunda vez que faço biscoitos ainda não me adaptei bem quer ao dispara biscoitos quer a massa ideal para o dispara. embora tenha feito metade da receita mesmo assim reduzi um pouco a farinha o qual o resultado foi biscoitos espalmados por a massa estar um pouco menos consistente. De seguida  acrescentar o açucar, e açucar baunilhado o miolo de amendoa e a casca de limão, prog. 1.30min, vel. 3. Juntar o ovo, 1min, vel.3 e a farinha 40 s, vel. 3&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Unte ligeiramente um tabuleiro e polvilhe com farinha ou use o papel vegetal.Colque a massa num dispara biscoitos ou num saco de pasteleiro com um bico em forma de estrela. Forme tiras sobre o tabuleiro com aprximadamente 6cm de comprimento. Deixe arrefecer durante aproximadamente uma hora, eu não deixei. leve a cozer ao forno pre aquecido a 200º (forno com ciculação de ar 175º) no niverl intermedio durante 10 a 15 min, ate ganhar uma cor dourada. Quem já não ouvi dizer que a bimby não faz caramelo nem pipocas nem outras coisas.. bem iniciei-me no caramelo, a bimby não faz propriamente tudo mas ajudo e facilita! Adicione o sumo de limão e juntar imediatamente no bocal da bimby +/- 3 min, 100º, vel. 4/5. Findo este tempo colocar num recipiente de vidro e deixar arrefecer.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51);font-size:85%;" &gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;A textura ficou perfeita!! Ficou mesmo caramelo!
